The hotel provided a great night's sleep with comfortable beds and friendly receptionists. The mini suite had a fantastic view of the city and the harbour. The location was convenient, with a reliable shuttle service and close proximity to the mid-town elevator. Housekeeping was efficient and accommodating with laundry and extra pillow requests. The hotel was within walking distance of Central, which offered many good eating places.

The room was amazing with a great view and a nice atmosphere. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city center and the Peak Tram. The free shuttle service to the MTR station was very convenient. We also appreciated the room upgrade to a suite and the free shuttle to and from Central Station.

Our room was small butsuper clean and cozy, with a separate sitting area. The staff was accommodating and courteous, and the hotel was conveniently located near Soho and the mid-level escalator.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location on the hillside was perfect, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood of HK island. We loved being close to downtown and having easy access to all the attractions. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the room service to the housekeeping. They were always ready to help and provide us with anything we needed. The hotel also offered a free shuttle service, which was incredibly convenient for getting around. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast at the dining restaurant, with a wide selection of delicious options. The leisure swimming pool was a great addition, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring.

Superior quality, space, and location. The hotel provided a free upgrade to a Suite, a great bonus. The room had a warm and cozy wooden decor with big glass windows offering a good view of the city. The location was also convenient, with a free shuttle to and from Central Station, making it easy to explore various attractions.

Some front desk staff weren't nice. It would have been better if all the staff were friendly and cute to enhance the overall experience.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and it was perfect for my solo trip. The room was clean and the mattress was comfortable. The hotel is located on a hill, offering stunning views of the city. The price was great for the value I received. The free shuttle bus to town was very convenient, and the provided smartphone with unlimited data was a bonus. The staff were friendly and professional, and the communication with the hotel regarding extra requests was excellent. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I come back to Hong Kong.

Whenever I'm in this area, I make sure to stay at this hotel. The location on the hillside is great, with so many restaurant options nearby. This venue may not be the best for families, but for solo travelers or couples, it's perfect.

During my stay, I found the location to be very convenient as it was close to Central, the business centre, and even the Botanical Gardens. The views from some of the rooms were also quite nice. The staff were friendly and efficient and the rooms were comfortable with enough storage space and a proper shower.

Some of the other aspects of the hotel could use improvement. For example, there were some issues with the air conditioning in the restaurant being too cold, as well as some rooms having tired and shabby decor.
